Arguments:
  1. attachment | file to convert

  2. member | member pfp to convert

  3. url | link to media to convert

  4. width | desired width (in ascii characters)

  5. transparent | whether or not the output should contain transparency (only for supported input types)

  6. background | if the output should contain a background
